Britney Spears Will 'Outdo Herself' With 'Hold It Against Me,' Pauly D Says

'Jersey Shore' star will join us after the video premiere for a live discussion at 11 p.m. ET on MTV.com.

"Jersey Shore" star Pauly D is just as excited as every other Britney Spears fan to see what the pop star has up her sleeve for her ultra-glossy "Hold It Against Me" video. Pauly is set to appear on "MTV First: Britney Spears' 'Hold It Against Me' Video Premiere" on MTV.com tonight at 11 p.m. ET, when he will talk about Spears' new album, Femme Fatale.

Before the live event kicks off, Pauly spoke to MTV News about what he wants to see in the Jonas Åkerlund-directed clip. "I only heard rumors," he teased. "I heard the video's going to be amazing, and knowing Britney she's gonna outdo herself like she always does. Everything always tops the next thing, so she's gonna go all out on this video."

While he might have some inside scoop on the album that he'll be sharing during the live chat, he admits that he really doesn't know what to expect from the video — but he does know that he wants to see Britney being Britney.

"We want to see the Britney that we all loved, the one that we haven't seen in a while," he said. "We want to see her back in action, and she is like the pop queen, and we want to see the pop queen in action just going to it like she always does."

As we look ahead to the future, Pauly also took a second to remember the past and shared his favorite Spears video of all time. "My favorite Britney video is 'Toxic,' by far," he said. "I like the vibe in the video. It's a dope track."

Pauly said he's been playing Britney's latest single during his gigs, and it gets the party started every time. " 'HIAM' is in my rotation at the club," he said. "I played it in Vegas a couple days ago, and everyone went insane when it does that dubstep breakdown. ... It's a hard track for the club. It works well."
