DREAM's parent company, FEG, has announced the addition of a featherweight title bout to their annual New Year's Eve event. Bibiano Fernandes will defend his belt against Japanese knockout artist Hiroyuki Takaya in a rematch of their September 2009 match-up that led to a split decision victory for the Brazilian.
